If your school requires a
coach or minibus for the Guildhall rehearsal, please try to share a
large coach with another school. Before booking your coach, please
check how many pupils you are allowed to bring with your choir
director. The Festival must abide by all Health and Safety regulations
set out by the Portsmouth Guildhall. Lucketts Travel offer the follwing

Lucketts will automatically be
collating all invoices
and sending them directly to the Festival Treasurer, therefore you do
not need to request an invoice on our behalf.
Please try to share a coach with
another school. This
will be more cost effective for the Festival. Please use the information on the REHEARSALS
page
to find local participating
schools or a school on your route to the Guildhall.
If
you are unable to book a large coach and share with another school
please explore the possibility of hiring a minibus. Many local schools
and coach firms have minibuses. This may be a cheaper alternative but a
driver of a minibus must be MIDAS TRAINED. A quote for a school minibus
and driver for a half day is £60.
